Job Description

Role: Marketing & User Acquisition Intern

Company: Interllarix

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Onsite)

Duration: 2 Months (Probation/Training)

Compensation: Paid (8k/Month) (Months 1-2) PPO (Full-time Offer) based on performance.

We are offering a 2-month intensive internship program designed to turn you into a full-stack growth marketer. You will work directly with the founders to launch and scale SaaS products. This is a performance-based role: Crush your targets in the first 2 months, and you will walk away with a full-time job offer.

What You Will Do :

You will be responsible for the Engine of the businessgetting users.

  • Outbound Sales: Research and identify potential clients (B2B/B2C) and reach out via Cold Emails, LinkedIn DMs, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Content Marketing: Assist in creating high-converting content for social media channels to drive organic traffic.
  • Lead Generation: Build verified lists of prospects who need our SaaS solutions.
  • User Onboarding: interact with early users, guide them through the product, and convert free trials into paid subscriptions.
  • Hustle: Experiment with creative ways to get our product in front of the right eyes (Reddit communities, Facebook groups, etc.).

Who We Are Looking For :

  • The Hunter Mindset: You don't wait for leads to come to you; you go out and find them.
  • Excellent Communicator: You can write professional, persuasive emails and communicate clearly in English.
  • Fast Learner: You may not know everything about SaaS yet, but you are willing to watch tutorials, read blogs, and figure it out fast.
  • Resilient: You understand that sales involve rejection and you don't give up easily.
  • Marketing Enthusiast: You genuinely enjoy understanding human psychology and what makes people buy.

The Deal :

  • Months 1-2: This is a Probation & Training period. It is Paid (8k/Month). During this time, you will learn real-world SaaS sales, tools (CRM, Email Automation), and growth hacking strategies.
  • Month 3+: If you meet your performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) during the probation, you will be offered a Full-Time Position (PPO) with a competitive salary + commission.
