About your team
The role sits within Marketing Transformation & Optimization, part of the Global Central Marketing Operations family. We are dedicated to supporting marketing teams across our organisation, ensuring a cohesive and coordinated strategy that strengthens our brand, resonates with clients, and ultimately drives business growth.

About your role
As the guardian of Content Lifecycle model and the tools supporting this, you will own the business rollout and adoption of the processes, including the technology that enable efficient content planning, creation, and delivery. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, compliance, and technology teams to maintain an accurate roadmap, support integra-tion, and deliver measurable improvements in workflow efficiency.

. Lead the business rollout of the Content Lifecycle model and associated tools.
. Act as Product Owner for Adobe Workfront and Adobe AEM Assets, ensuring tools meet business needs.
. Govern the marketing taxonomy and manage user licence allocation and compliance.
. Act as the advocate for change within the tools, ensuring that activity is included within the technology roadmap.
. Manage the team who act as the first point of contact for change requests, enhancements, and issue resolution.
. Maintain and prioritise a backlog of improvements aligned to the technology roadmap.
. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise workflows and processes.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and adoption.
. Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for efficiency gains.
. Support governance forums and contribute to roadmap planning and refinement.
. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

About you
You have proven experience in product ownership or managing marketing technology platforms, ideally Adobe Work-front and AEM Assets. You understand content lifecycle processes and can translate business needs into actionable enhancements. Strong governance skills, particularly around taxonomy and tech development, are essential. You are comfortable leading change, prioritising improvements, and engaging stakeholders to drive adoption. Excellent commu-nication and problem-solving skills are key, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and foster continuous im-provement. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and enthusiasm for technology and process optimisation will help you succeed in this role.

You bring strategic leadership and deep expertise in marketing technology and process optimisation. You can translate complex business needs into scalable solutions and drive adoption across global teams. You combine strong govern-ance skills with a collaborative approach to deliver measurable improvements.

Key Skills and Experience:
. 10+ years of proven experience in product ownership for enterprise marketing tools.
. Strong understanding of content lifecycle processes, including planning, creation, approval, and storage.
. Expertise in governance frameworks, taxonomy management, and licence administration.
. Ability to lead business rollouts and manage change across multiple regions.
. Skilled in roadmap planning, backlog prioritisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
. Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and driving consensus across cross-functional teams.
. Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify optimisation opportunities.
. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
. Familiarity with risk management, compliance standards, and vendor coordination.
. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
