The Marketing Transformation & Optimization team, part of the Global Central Marketing Operations provides support to marketing teams across our organisation in support of client driven marketing and to enable a cohesive and co-ordinated strategy that will help to strengthen our brand, resonate with clients and ultimately grow our business.

This role is critical to ensuring that our global marketing organisation realises the full value of our technology investments (e.g., martech platforms, automation, AI/ML tools, data infrastructure, workflow systems) and evolves towards a more connected, efficient, and insight-driven operating model.

This role is for someone who can understand complex business transfomation processes, people, technology and data. You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Technology, Data, and Regional teams, helping ensure that transformation initiatives are grounded in real business needs and deliver measurable value. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how a global marketing organisation operates, scales, and evolves.

Key Responsibilities

Change Approach & Planning

  • Develop and execute change management plans for global marketing technology programmes, aligned to business goals.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, readiness assessments, and risk analysis.
  • Define change success metrics and track adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.

Programme Execution & Adoption

  • Partner with programme managers, solution owners, and SMEs to ensure that people, process, and capability needs are integrated into project plans.
  • Create and deliver targeted communication plans, training, and enablement materials to support adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, roadshows, and feedback loops to drive engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve adoption barriers, working closely with regional and functional leads.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

  • Build strong relationships across central and regional marketing teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for decision-making, communication flow, and alignment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for change and adoption-related queries for Marketing Transformation across global stakeholders.

Process & Operating Model Evolution

  • Support the design and rollout of new marketing processes, workflows, and operating models associated with technology implementations.
  • Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and actionable guidance.
  • Ensure process documentation, playbooks, and guidance materials remain accurate and accessible.

Capability Building & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead capability assessments and define required skillsets for future-state marketing roles.
  • Build scalable training frameworks that support ongoing global enablement.
  • Gather and analyse feedback to refine transformation plans and ensure continuous adoption.

Skills & Experience

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or organisational development-ideally within marketing, digital, or technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems
  • Proven track record of leading change within large, matrixed global organisations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and articulate clear business value.
  • Experience designing and delivering training, communications, and adoption plans.
  • Familiarity with project management and agile methodologies.

Preferred

  • Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI) or project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
  • Experience working in global B2B or B2C marketing teams.
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance impacts on marketing technologies.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and modern data architectures.
