About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Trainee who is passionate about social media, content creation, branding, and digital marketing. As a Marketing Trainee, you will work directly with the Founder to create engaging content, strengthen our digital presence, and support marketing initiatives for Recruiting Genie LLP and Accounting Genie LLP. This role offers hands-on exposure to real business campaigns and an opportunity to build practical marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Design social media creatives, carousels, banners, and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Assist in planning and managing the content calendar.
• Write captions, blogs, newsletters, and marketing copy.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and content ideas.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
• Collaborate on brand-building and digital marketing initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

• Candidates pursuing graduation or postgraduation, as well as recent graduates or postgraduates from any discipline, are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and participating in video content.
• Strong written communication and creative thinking skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

 Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000.
