Job Profile : Asst Manager – Stakeholder Communication

About The Role:
We are looking for an energetic and creative professional to join our PR & Corporate Communications team. This role will play a key role in strengthening stakeholders engagement and brand culture across the organization. The role focuses on developing meaningful communication for internal & external stakeholders, executing culture-building initiatives, managing newsletters and storytelling platforms, and coordinating cross-functional activities that enhance employee connection with the organization.
The position requires strong communication skills, creativity in content development, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Communication
- Develop and manage communication for internal stakeholders including employees, vendors, and partners.
- Support leadership communication through structured messaging and storytelling initiatives.
- Ensure timely and consistent communication across internal platforms such as emailers, WhatsApp groups, digital signages, and other internal channels.
- Assist in shaping narratives that strengthen the organization's culture and brand reputation.
- Culture & Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Plan and execute culture-building initiatives aligned with the organization's values and engagement goals.
- Support programs that enhance employee participation, belonging, and collaboration.
- Coordinate with HR and leadership teams to implement engagement activities and campaigns.
- Track participation and collect feedback to improve initiatives.
- Newsletters & Content Development
- Conceptualize and produce internal newsletters highlighting organizational updates, employee stories, and achievements.
- Curate content from various departments and convert it into engaging storytelling formats.
- Ensure consistency in tone, design, and messaging across communication materials.
- Coordination & Program Management
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to execute communication and engagement programs.
- Support planning and logistics for internal events, campaigns, and communication initiatives.
- Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of planned activities.
- Reputation & Storytelling Support
- Identify impactful stories from employees, partners, and initiatives that reflect the organization's values.
- Assist in building narratives that strengthen employer branding and internal reputation.

- 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications
- Experience in managing newsletters, engagement programs, or internal campaigns will be an advantage
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Energetic, adaptable, and eager to take on challenges.
Preferred Profile:
- Female candidate with prior PR/communication experience.
- Creative thinker who can balance storytelling with execution.
