Job Purpose
The Campaign Operations Specialist will work closely with growth managers to execute marketing campaigns across various channels. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end campaign execution process, monitoring campaign performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure campaign effectiveness and operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with growth managers across multiple channels.
- Set up, configure, and launch campaigns using various MarTech platforms.
- Monitor campaign execution processes to ensure timely delivery and proper functioning.
- Track campaign responses and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Troubleshoot campaign execution issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (growth, product, analytics) and external vendors to optimize campaign performance.
- Create and distribute campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
- Document campaign processes, learnings, and best practices.
- Ensure campaigns comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Maintain campaign calendars and scheduling across multiple channels.
- Assist in quality assurance testing of campaign assets and delivery mechanisms.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new marketing technologies.
- Stay current with MarTech industry trends and best practices.
- Support the development of campaign templates and standardized processes.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Any Graduate
Post Graduation: Any Postgraduate
Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
