Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, with a mix of on-site work and some flexibility for work from home. The Marketing Team member will help plan and execute marketing activities to promote steel wire products, including coordinating exhibitions, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.

Daily responsibilities include conducting basic market research, identifying potential customers and segments, preparing marketing materials, and supporting the sales team with updated product and pricing information. The role involves communicating with customers and internal teams, managing inquiries, and helping ensure a professional and timely response to client needs.

The Marketing Team member will work directly with managing director also assist in tracking campaign performance, preparing simple reports, and suggesting improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Ability to perform Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy, including identifying target segments and understanding competitor activity.
• Basic Sales and marketing support skills, with the ability to assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and coordination between marketing and sales.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in common office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Jaipur, with readiness to visit clients or industrial locations when needed.
