Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Team Member, based in our Rajkot studio. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales efforts. The Marketing Team Member will also collaborate with the design and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with the studio's creative vision and business objectives.

- Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Experience in market research and the ability to analyze trends and consumer data
- Proficiency in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
- Sales and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive client experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to achieving business goals
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with design or creative industries is an advantage
