Job Description
We're Hiring: Marketing Team Leader
Location: Chennai
Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 per month
Experience: Relevant experience in Digital Marketing & Team Management
FC Marina Academy is looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Team Leader to lead our media and digital marketing operations, manage a creative team, and drive business growth through effective digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
- SEO: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and online visibility.
- Team Management: Lead, coordinate, and manage the media team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of work.
- Execution & Accountability: Assign tasks, monitor progress, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordination: Work closely with the booking, admissions, sales, and operations teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and implement improvements to maximise ROI.
- Content & Brand Management: Oversee digital content, social media activities, and brand consistency across platforms.
- Reporting: Responsible for submitting regular reports on team productivity, campaign performance, advertising spend, lead generation, and overall marketing results to the Director.
- Strategy: Responsible for identifying current marketing trends, collaborating with influencers, planning content strategies, and ensuring consistent, engaging, and trend-driven content across digital platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Strong team management, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Excellent execution skills with the ability to get things done through a team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, accountable, and results-oriented approach to work.
