We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic professional to lead marketing planning, strategy, and operations for the International Marketing APAC team. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing analytics, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, highly adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Drive the APAC 2026 Strategic Planning process in collaboration with leadership teams and global partners.
- Align marketing priorities across Product, Business, Consumer, and Creator audiences.
- Marketing Performance & Analytics:
- Create and present monthly & quarterly performance reports for APAC and global teams.
- Lead marketing measurement initiativesanalyzing data from Data Science teams to optimize strategies and exceed targets.
- Optimize marketing spend and channel performance using data-driven resource allocation methods.
- Operational Excellence & Consulting:
- Act as an internal consultant, providing strategic insights and recommendations to marketing leaders.
- Implement scalable learning agendas to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing efficiencies and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 6-8+ years in Marketing Strategy, Business Planning, Sales Operations, Performance/Brand Marketing, or Strategy Consulting.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking:Proven ability to use data to solve complex problems and drive marketing efficiency.
- Understanding of marketing & sales mechanics with a strategic mindset.
- Communication & Collaboration:Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex business issues.
