Job Description

Job title: Manager Marketing Strategy

Location- Worli, Mumbai

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for supporting the Head Marketing Communications in strategic planning, performance tracking, and analytics-led decision making. The incumbent will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop dashboards, track key marketing metrics, and provide insights to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across the Bank

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Support the Head Marketing in formulating marketing strategies, annual operating plans, and key initiatives across businesses.

Conduct structured analysis to support campaign planning, customer acquisition strategies, and growth initiatives.

Assist in planning and review of marketing programs across channels.

Analytics, MIS & Dashboards

Develop and maintain management dashboards and MIS covering marketing performance, campaign ROI, funnel metrics, and customer acquisition.

Track key KPIs and provide regular insights and recommendations for course correction.

Enable data-driven decision making through clear and concise reporting for senior management

Stakeholder Management & Execution Support

Coordinate with internal stakeholders including business teams, digital, analytics, finance, and external agencies.

Support senior leadership reviews, presentations, and governance forums.

Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and on-ground execution.

Governance & Performance Tracking

Support budget monitoring and marketing effectiveness reviews.

Assist in creating processes, frameworks, and documentation to improve marketing governance and efficiency.

Educational Qualification

MBA / Postgraduate degree from a reputed institute (preferred).

Experience & Skill Requirements

Experience

23 years of experience in management consulting, internal strategy, business analytics, or similar roles.

Exposure to marketing, growth strategy, or performance analytics preferred.

Prior experience in BFSI / financial services will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboarding tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred).

Ability to convert data into actionable insights and leadership-ready narratives.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution orientation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, senior leadershipdriven environment.
