Maayasthra is a growth-focused digital agency partnering with ambitious D2C and brand-led businesses to build strong digital presence and measurable results. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Strategist - Social Media & Performance who can own end-to-end marketing initiatives, drive growth through paid and organic channels, and strengthen brand positioning across platforms.

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Strategist specialising in Social Media and Performance. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies, conducting market research, and analysing performance metrics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise marketing campaigns, enhance brand presence, and drive engagement. Daily tasks involve planning and implementing marketing strategies, performance monitoring, and creating impactful plans to reach targeted audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and brand goals.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads with a focus on growth, conversions, and ROI.
  • Lead organic social media growth strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Own 360 branding and marketing responsibilities, ensuring consistency across content, ads, messaging, and visuals.
  • Oversee social media content planning, calendars, and campaign execution.
  • Work closely with design, content, and internal teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Manage brand presence, tone, and positioning across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on D2C marketing trends, platform updates, and growth strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in D2C marketing (preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads (performance & growth marketing).
  • Proven experience in organic social media growth and community building.
  • Understanding of integrated marketing strategy and brand management.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication, planning, and execution skills.
