We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Strategist to shape and elevate our brand presence across markets.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Strategist to lead brand positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B marketing experience in technology, IT, or AV/system integration industries and a proven ability to translate technical solutions into compelling value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Define positioning, messaging, and differentiation for AV solutions and services.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.

2. Demand Generation & Lead Management

  • Drive B2B lead generation campaigns (digital, email, events, partnerships).
  • Could you work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets
  • Track campaign performance and optimise for ROI.

3. Digital & Content Marketing

  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to align brand strategy with demand generation.
  • Guide content marketing efforts (thought leadership, case studies, website messaging).
  • Oversee website strategy, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee brand consistency across digital platforms, including website, social, and paid media.

4. Brand & Communication

  • Build brand awareness in the enterprise AV and technology space.
  • Manage industry events, exhibitions, and partnerships.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

5. Product & Solution Marketing

  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate AV capabilities into market-ready solutions.
  • Support product launches and solution rollouts.
  • Create compelling sales enablement materials.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Define KPIs and track marketing performance metrics.
  • Provide regular insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 48 years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in B2B technology or IT services, AV solutions, or system integration industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
  • Experience in enterprise sales support and long sales cycle environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in campaign performance tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the AV or unified communication ecosystem.
  • Experience in global markets (Middle East, Africa, Asia).
  • Experience handling marketing for system integrators or OEM partnerships.
  • Knowledge of enterprise collaboration technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, digital signage, video conferencing).
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Brevo, and SharePoint
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress and Figma.
