About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Hospital Marketing & Field Marketing Specialist to build awareness of the hospital among doctors, nearby hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and the local community.

The candidate will be responsible for developing strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare networks, promoting hospital services, and increasing patient awareness and referrals through effective field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals in and around Delhi.
• Visit nearby hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities to introduce and promote hospital services.
• Develop referral relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular field marketing activities to increase hospital visibility and awareness.
• Create awareness about hospital departments, specialties, treatments, facilities, and available services.
• Identify potential referral sources and develop long-term professional relationships.
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals for referrals and patient-related requirements.
• Organize or support doctor meetings, healthcare awareness programs, camps, and community outreach activities.
• Conduct local market research to identify opportunities for increasing patient footfall.
• Track field visits, meetings, leads, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with the hospital's internal teams to ensure smooth communication with referral partners.
• Monitor competitor hospitals and local healthcare marketing activities.
• Represent the hospital professionally during external meetings and field visits.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable with extensive field visits and face-to-face meetings.
• Understanding of hospital marketing, healthcare marketing, or medical marketing.
• Ability to communicate professionally with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong local market knowledge of Delhi will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in hospital marketing, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical representative roles, or field marketing will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in any of the following:
