Marketing Specialist – Full-Time

About the Role

Thanal Counselling Centre is looking for a creative, analytical, and growth-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kochi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing our digital marketing activities, improving our online visibility, generating qualified leads, and strengthening the Thanal brand across digital platforms.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can combine performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, and data analysis to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including Search and other relevant campaign formats.

1. Manage and optimise Meta Ads across Instagram and Facebook.

2.Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and local SEO strategies.

3.Improve Google rankings for Thanal's services and locations.

4.Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles for different branches.

5.Develop marketing strategies to increase enquiries, appointments, website traffic, and brand awareness.

6.Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console and Meta Ads Manager.

7.Track important metrics including CPC, CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead and return on advertising spend.

8.Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.

9.Work with content creators, video editors, psychologists and other team members to develop effective campaigns.

10.Assist in planning content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and the Thanal website.

11.Develop landing pages, campaign ideas, offers and marketing funnels for different services.

12.Monitor SEO performance and identify opportunities to improve organic traffic.

13.Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide recommendations based on data.

14.Experiment with new marketing channels and strategies to improve customer acquisition.

Requirements

* Practical knowledge of Google Ads and digital advertising.

* Understanding of SEO and keyword research.

* Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and social media marketing.

* Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

* Ability to analyse marketing data and make optimisation decisions.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns.

* Creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach.

* Good understanding of current digital marketing trends.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:

* Google Ads certification

* SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest or similar platforms

* Local SEO

* WordPress or Wix

* Landing-page optimisation

* Canva or basic creative design

* Video/reel marketing

* Email or WhatsApp marketing

* Marketing automation

* Healthcare, education or service-sector marketing

Experience

2 or more years of relevant experience.

Talented freshers with strong practical knowledge, certifications, internships, or a portfolio of campaigns are also encouraged to apply.
