We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
The primary objective of this role is to generate high-quality leads at an optimal cost while continuously improving campaign performance.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Build and optimize marketing funnels, including retargeting strategies
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, and CPA
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Experience in audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization
- Experience with conversion tracking tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel
- Exposure to managing high-budget campaigns
- Experience working with healthcare, wellness, D2C, or service-based businesses
- Basic copywriting skills for performance-driven ad creatives
This role is best suited for candidates who are comfortable working with data, testing strategies, and continuously optimizing campaigns. Candidates who have primarily worked on organic marketing or post boosting without performance accountability may not be the right fit.
