Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist supports IKIO's retail and national account growth through digital marketing execution, product content management, campaign support, and performance analytics. This role works cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure IKIO products are accurately represented and competitively positioned across digital and e-commerce channels. This role will contribute to building a more structured, insight-driven marketing function by supporting market understanding, brand positioning, GTM planning, and campaign development aligned with business growth priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on Brand positioning and narrative development
  • Support the development of GTM structuring
  • Support structured marketing campaigns across channels
  • Support content, website and communication development
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and marketing initiatives and contribute to a data informed marketing approach
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and technical content for digital channels and partner marketplaces.
  • Support new product launches including item setup, SKU optimization, content readiness, and go-live tracking.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including SEO, paid search, promotions, and marketplace advertising.
  • Maintain and optimize listings on third-party marketplaces and distributor platforms.
  • Track and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and YTD performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and supply chain teams to align marketing execution with business priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in marketing or related roles
  • Strong understanding of positioning and messaging, market research and campaign planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate business objectives into structured marketing outputs Preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B, infrastructure, energy, lighting, or industrial sectors
  • Exposure to cross-functional work environments
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM platforms
