Marketing Specialist – Reporting

We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on reporting. This is a crucial role for a professional who can expertly leverage data to measure campaign performance, create insightful dashboards, and provide actionable intelligence to the marketing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using CRM platforms, data visualization tools, and will have a passion for translating data into compelling stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate comprehensive campaign reports using CRM systems, with a strong preference for Salesforce.
• Manage and analyze data to track key marketing performance indicators and campaign effectiveness.
• Create and publish dynamic dashboards to provide real-time insights to marketing stakeholders.
• Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to present findings clearly and compellingly.
• Work with SQL and Python (desirable) to query databases and perform advanced data analysis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define reporting needs and support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing reporting or analytics role.
• Proven experience in generating campaign reports using a CRM system (Salesforce is highly preferred).
• Strong experience in data management, creating, and publishing dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of SQL is required, and experience with Python is desirable.
