Job Title: Field Marketing UPSC Segment

Role & Responsibilities
- Execute on-ground marketing activities such as canopy drives, activations, and community campaigns to promote UPSC preparation programs.
- Plan and manage field events, seminars, roadshows, book distribution drives, and outreach activities targeting UPSC aspirants and graduates.
- Collaborate with colleges, libraries, coaching hubs, hostels, and student communities for branding and promotional initiatives.
- Support the admissions team by generating and qualifying leads through offline marketing channels.
- Ensure effective execution of ATL & BTL marketing campaigns in the assigned territory.
- Engage directly with UPSC aspirants to create awareness about courses, mentorship programs, and learning resources.
- Track campaign performance, maintain lead data, and share regular reports and insights with the marketing and admissions team.
Requirements
- 14 years of experience in field marketing, offline marketing, education marketing, or field sales (EdTech experience preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience in ATL & BTL activities; canopy execution experience is mandatory.
- Exposure to UPSC/competitive exam ecosystem or experience working around college outreach is preferred.
- Confident, energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Must own a bike and a smartphone for field coordination and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
