About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer or Marketing Executive with hands-on expertise in generating high-quality organic leads across our BEEP verticals. This is an on-site position for a results-driven professional who can drive lead acquisition without relying on paid advertising or increasing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic lead generation strategies across multiple BEEP verticals
- Drive consistent lead flow through SEO, content marketing, social media, and other non-paid channels
- Optimize existing organic channels to maximize lead quality and volume
- Build and maintain a sustainable organic traffic funnel with minimal spend
- Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance
- Identify new organic growth opportunities and test innovative acquisition methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives
- Maintain and improve lead quality while keeping CAC at minimum levels
- Implement best practices for conversion rate optimization across all touchpoints
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Demonstrated experience in generating organic leads with measurable results
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and organic social media strategies
- Proven ability to scale lead generation without increasing marketing spend
- Hands-on experience managing multiple verticals or product lines
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance
- Track record of maintaining low CAC while improving lead quality
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in organic channel optimization (SEO, content, social, community building)
- Strong copywriting and content strategy skills
- Understanding of conversion funnel optimization
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Creative problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
