DESCRIPTION:
As a Marketing Specialist III at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll develop impactful marketing initiatives to enable our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer. In this role, you'll develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You'll apply data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable results that drive revenue growth and customer engagement. The role offers opportunities to work with advanced marketing technologies while contributing to meaningful scientific advancement through effective marketing communications.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives across channels including website, SEO, social media, Google Display Network (GDN), and LinkedIn
  • Manage and optimize website content, product listings, and pricing to improve customer experience and conversions
  • Ensure timely updates and visibility of New Product Introductions (NPIs) on digital platforms

2. Commercial & Field Marketing Support

  • Partner with the commercial team to execute on-ground marketing activities such as customer events, seminars, and workshops
  • Develop and manage marketing collaterals including brochures, catalogs, and price lists

3. B2B E-commerce Growth

  • Drive adoption and growth of B2B e-commerce platforms
  • Work closely with sales and digital teams to improve online customer journey and conversion rates

4. Government Channel (GeM) Activation

  • Support activation and optimization of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) channel as required
  • Ensure product listings, compliance, and visibility on GeM platform

5. Pricing & Profitability

  • Lead the annual pricing exercise in alignment with business objectives
  • Support pricing strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin targets

6. Cross-functional & Global Collaboration

  • Collaborate with regional and global teams on NPIs, promotional campaigns, and communication plans
  • Ensure alignment with global marketing strategies while tailoring for local market needs

7. Local Product Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for locally manufactured products
  • Drive awareness and demand generation for the imported portfolio

8. Cross-Division Collaboration

  • Partner with other divisions to promote integrated workflow solutions
  • Identify and execute joint marketing opportunities across business units

9. Lead Management & Demand Generation

  • Support end-to-end lead management including lead generation, qualification, and nurturing
  • Work to improve funnel velocity and conversion through data-driven insights

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in life sciences, chemicals, or related industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience with e-commerce and lead management systems (e.g., CRM tools) is a plus
