Through its ShredPack brand in the UK, Europe, and the USA, MkLak Global provides advanced cardboard shredding machines that convert waste cardboard into sustainable packaging material. The company focuses on high-performance design, durability, and ease of deployment, helping customers improve waste management and reduce landfill use. With sales offices and distribution centers across the USA, UK, Netherlands, Australia, and India, MkLak Global offers direct access to the manufacturer along with strong local support and service.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Rajkot. The Marketing Specialist will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that promote MkLak Global's packaging machinery and ShredPack solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competitor and customer data, and helping shape marketing strategies for different regions and industry segments. The role involves creating and coordinating marketing content, assisting with digital and offline campaigns, supporting sales teams with marketing collateral, and tracking campaign performance. The Marketing Specialist will also collaborate closely with customer service and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, gather market feedback, and strengthen the company's brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage external stakeholders.
  • Market research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret industry, customer, and competitor data.
  • Sales and marketing strategy skills to support campaign planning, lead generation, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Customer service orientation to understand customer needs and translate feedback into actionable marketing insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, CRM, basic analytics) is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with industrial or packaging equipment markets is an advantage but not required.
