We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing specialist to join our sustainability program in Amazon.This role sits within the sustainability Selling Partner team, which owns seller engagement strategy across NA , EU and CN region and drives seller adoption and commitment along with single shipment units. The team partners closely with program, business, and regional stakeholders to translate program capabilities into scalable Go-To-Market strategies that improve seller awareness, engagement, and adoption throughout the seller lifecycle. This role requires ownership of end-to-end marketing initiatives and delivering measurable business impact across multiple sustainability programs.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1) Lead end-to-end marketing strategy across traffic, awareness, acquisition, and program marketing in NA, EU, and CN regions.
2) Define and own marketing input/output metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, program adoption) and establish measurement frameworks linking initiatives to customer experience and business outcomes.
3) Drive full-funnel optimization across awareness, engagement, and conversion stages
4) Build and scale marketing channels - campaigns, podcasts, email journeys, Seller University videos, social media, and automation - to drive growth across diverse customer segments.
5)Partner with content, product marketing, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategy, execution timelines, and create compelling nurture assets that address seller pain points.

A day in the life
1)Develop and launch automated email journeys, podcasts, Seller University content, and social media campaigns targeting different seller cohorts and funnel stages.
2)Partner with Sales/AMs, Program Managers, and Product Marketing to align on seller outreach priorities, messaging, and execution timelines.
3)Review marketing output - track open rates, CTR, conversion, and enrollment trends across NA, EU, and CN flag underperforming campaigns for immediate action.

We're looking for a driven professional to join the Sustainability Team and help lead this transformation across Amazon's vast network of over 700,000 Selling Partners. Our Sustainable Packaging organization designs and delivers programs that reduce waste, advance packaging automation, lower cost to serve, and strengthen our performance on customer promise.This role sits within the Ship In Product Packaging (SIPP), Selling Partner Engagement (SPE) Organization, where you'll be responsible to connect with sellers selling across the globe and increase their awareness/ adoption and commitment towards sustainable Amazon programs.

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
