About the Role
This opportunity is with one of our global technology clients, and you'll be working directly on their marketing initiatives through us. As a Marketing Specialist (Contract), you will work closely with the Field & Channel Marketing team and proactively collaborate with Sales teams to execute high-impact field marketing programs. This is a hands-on execution role requiring strong coordination, communication skills, reporting discipline, and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist the Marketing Manager in executing end-to-end brand and digital campaigns.
- Project Management: Maintain timelines for multiple initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders (creative, media, and tech teams) meet their deadlines.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for external agencies and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign performance metrics and assist in preparing executive and internal summaries.
- Event Logistics: Support planning and execution of regional corporate events, field activities, and webinars.
- Proactively collaborate with Sales teams on all field marketing projects and initiatives.
- Track event registrations, attendee status, and leads in Salesforce with high accuracy.
- Pull and review basic Salesforce reports related to campaigns and events.
- Maintain Excel trackers for registrations, budgets, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews, sales enablement, and post-event reporting.
- Coordinate with agencies, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Who You Are
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing or field marketing environment.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Post-Graduate degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Skills: Highly organized with strong project management and coordination capabilities.
- Technical: Working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven with a strong execution focus.

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel for events, partner meetings, and field activities as required.
- Mandatory 5-day work-from-office presence at the Mumbai office.
- This is a contract position requiring comfort with hands-on operational execution.
