Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Marketing Specialist to support B2B marketing initiatives across our global Ovid portfolio. This role is part of a global marketing team spanning EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, and works closely with product marketing, regional marketing, and commercial stakeholders.

The role focuses on executing integrated marketing activities that support demand generation, customer engagement, and revenue goals. It is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys hands‑on campaign execution, working with data, and collaborating across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, web, webinars, and virtual or in‑person events

Assist in delivering global and regional demand generation initiatives aligned to go‑to‑market priorities

Develop and refine marketing copy and campaign assets in collaboration with product marketing and central marketing teams

Coordinate webinars, events, and associated promotional activities to support pipeline and engagement goals

Track and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to support continuous improvement

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met

Work closely with global colleagues across multiple time zones to ensure consistent messaging and execution

Skills and Experience

Required:

3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing and demand generation

Experience supporting integrated campaigns with a focus on performance, pipeline, or customer engagement

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a structured, organised manner

Exposure to webinars, events, or digital marketing activations

Comfort working with global teams and stakeholders across regions

Preferred:

Experience in healthcare, life sciences, publishing, or another professional or knowledge‑based industry
