Marketing Specialist (Growth & Sales Lead) - The Third Pole (Cold Plunge Systems)

Job Role : We are looking for a self-driven Growth & Sales Lead who will take ownership of lead generation, conversion, and partnership building.

This is not a passive marketing role.

This role directly impacts revenue.

Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

* Run Meta & Google Ads campaigns

* Generate and track qualified leads

* Call and convert inbound leads

* Build partnerships with gyms, fitness studios, and sports professionals

* Work closely with founder for content distribution

* Maintain CRM and weekly performance reports

Requirements:

* 36 years experience in D2C / wellness / fitness / premium product sales

* Hands-on experience with performance marketing

* Comfortable with sales calls

* Ownership mindset

Compensation:
