The Marketing Specialist is a hands-on execution role responsible for driving all property-level marketing campaigns and serving as the primary brand ambassador for an assigned portfolio of properties and hotel brands (Best Western, Hilton, Choice, IHG, Wyndham, Marriott).
- Create content for social media, to be reviewed by the Team Lead.
- Create content for websites, including blogs, landing pages, etc.
- Coordinate and implement email marketing, reviewed by the Team Lead
- Audit and coordinate updates to all listings for name, branding, hours, etc. Critical for local SEO.
- Coordinate photoshoots and communicate up to Team Lead to attend.
- Minor website updates, including content/image swaps on existing pages, pop-ups, etc.
- Manage design requests and collaborate with Designer for requested items for assigned properties
- Deployment of campaign materials once approved, including:
- Curacity
- Koddi/Travel Ads
- Facebook/Instagram paid ads
- Social media posts work with Team Lead to review
- Brand Ambassador
- Proactively and thoroughly research and document all current marketing initiatives (promotions, standards, campaigns) and programs offered by assigned brands.
- Document all funding matches and actively track, manage, and take advantage of any other relevant programs the brands are currently pushing or offering.
- Assistance with due diligence in set up, gaining access, etc.
Must have
- Min of 5 years of marketing experience
- Fluent in English - Speaking and Writing
- Provide a portfolio of work for US companies
- Design items, collateral, digital posts and campaigns...

- 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM (US Shift) (IST)
