Employment: Full-time

Role & Responsibilities:

* Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand-building activities.

* Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for marketing activities.

* Prepare marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and reports.

* Assist with lead generation, customer follow-ups, and business development activities.

* Support offline marketing, events, networking, and promotional activities.

* Track marketing activities and maintain basic reports and databases.

Requirements:

* 1–4 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales Support, or a related field.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

* Basic MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge.

* Willingness to travel locally for meetings/events when required.

* This is not a Digital Marketing role; candidates focused primarily on SEO, SEM, social media, or performance marketing are not required.

Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a Mandatory
