Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional to lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Demand Generation for the Financial Services vertical at HCLTech. This role will focus on driving high-impact account engagement, deal pursuit support, and end-to-end demand generation, enabling growth across strategic accounts
.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in orchestrating targeted campaigns, creating outcome-driven content, and collaborating closely with sales to accelerate pipeline and closures
.
Key Responsibilities
Account-Based Marketing & Account Engagement
- Design and execute and ABM strategies for priority account
- Drive deep account engagement programs, including

- Executive briefings and curated client experience
- Partner with sales to build account-specific value propositions and engagement roadmap
2. Deal Pursuit & Strategic Pipeline Support
- Collaborate with sales on strategic deal pursuits and large opportunity
- Develop win themes, differentiated messaging, and storytelling for key bids
- Support creation of pitch assets, value narratives, and client-facing content
- Ensure marketing alignment across the deal lifecycle—from pursuit to closure
3. Demand Generation (Full Funnel Owners

- Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital, events, and content channel

Key Skills & Qual
- ifications10–12 years of experience in B2B field marketing specifically ABM and Demand
- Generation Strong background in IT Services and/or Product organisations Proven track record of Driving account engagement and pipeline growth Supporting large deal pursuits and strategic opportunities Executing integrated marketing campaigns Experience in Financial Services Marketing (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, FinTech) is an added advantage
