Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist at A2Z Material, located in Lucknow. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and target audiences, promoting products and services, and enhancing customer engagement. The role includes collaborating with sales teams to support revenue growth and providing exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development to understand market trends and design impactful campaigns
• Experience in Sales and marketing promotions tailored to construction and building materials
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
