What This Role Is
This is not a demo role.
You will act as a campaign strategist in pre-sales, helping prospects understand:
- What kind of advocacy campaign will actually work for them
- What outcomes they can realistically expect
- How Wozku fits into their GTM motion
What You'll Do
1. Discovery (Core Skill)
- Understand client goals (events, hiring, pipeline, content reach)
- Identify gaps in their current distribution strategy
2. Marketing Campaign Design
- Create tailored campaign approaches (cohorts, incentives, messaging)
- Suggest participation and rollout strategies
3. Simulation & Storytelling
- Build simple projections (reach, engagement, meetings)
- Translate Wozku into clear business outcomes
4. Contextual Demos
- Show only what matters based on the use case
- Map features → outcomes (not feature tours)
5. Deal Enablement
- Prepare custom decks, campaign flows, and narratives
- Ensure smooth handover from SDR → Sales
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- 2–4 years in Presales / Solution Consulting / Growth / Marketing roles
- Understand Marketing Org structure, Role and KRAs
- Strong discovery + structured thinking
- Ability to design campaigns or GTM ideas (not just present tools)
- Excellent communication & storytelling
Good to Have:
- Exposure to B2B SaaS / marketing / demand generation
- Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
