You'll work directly with a team that has cracked what it takes to make content that people actually want to share, and you'll get to do it at scale, across platforms, with real creative ownership.

No prior experience in healthcare needed. What matters most is your energy, your eye for content, and your hunger to learn what it actually takes to go viral — and keep going

About the role

• Help create, execute & manage content for all our socials across platforms
• Manage, refine, and help grow our social media presence and digital community
• Be part of on-ground shoots (shoot days, planning, coordination)
• Support scripting, ideation, and creative direction for content across platforms
• Help create ad creatives for Meta & YouTube
• Work closely with editors, designers, and marketers to ship content quickly and refine what performs best

You're perfect if:

• You love social media and think in Reels, Shorts, Carousels & YouTube
• You don't mind being on camera
• You're curious, energetic, and not afraid to experiment
• You enjoy talking to people and building connections
• You want to learn or know how content + growth marketing works in a startup

Requirements for the role:

• 1 year of prior experience preferred, though exceptional profiles will still be considered
