As a Marketing Scientist, you will assist in solving our customers measurement needs using Marketing Mix Modelling, universal attribution, incrementality testing, and causal inference.
Responsibilities
- Evangelise our UMM platform by articulating its value proposition to a diverse range of brands across multiple industries.
- Study and understand customers business goals and KPIs to offer expert recommendations and actionable insights to achieve them using our platform.
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, communications, and engagement, with the support of our customer success and support teams, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to our product roadmap and feature development in collaboration with our product, data science, and engineering teams.
- Identify and stay ahead of industry trends, track competitor movements, and find differentiators to continuously improve our offerings and solutions.
- Work closely with global sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in go-to-market strategies.
- Train and mentor new Marketing Scientists and other team members to support career growth and skill development.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, BI/Analytics, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing.
- A highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
- A proven track record of working with mid-market and enterprise brands across industries.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to communicate complex data science concepts in simple terms.
- Experience in developing strategies that drive revenue and market share.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms for brand promotion and thought leadership.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams.
- 2+ years of experience with a strong foundation in data science and/or marketing science, including expertise in business analytics, marketing analytics, attribution modelling, marketing mix modelling, and experimentation projects.
