 We're Hiring! Business Development / Marketing / Sales Executives – Medical Devices (Vadodara HQ)

Wave Visions - National Innovation Award Winner - is a Vadodara-based medical device manufacturing company, proud to have introduced India's first LED OT Lights and now launching India's First Medical IoT Devices for OT, ICU, and Medical Gas Pipeline Monitoring.

As we expand our innovative product portfolio across India, we are looking for a dynamic, driven Marketing Executive to join our team and help develop a strong PAN-India distributor network.

 Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand the distributor network across India

Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners

Build strong relationships with hospitals, biomedical engineers, and purchase departments

Execute marketing strategies and support distributors in sales activities

Conduct product demos, training sessions, and market development initiatives

Track competitor activity, market demands, and new opportunities

Support exhibitions, CMEs, and marketing events

 Ideal Candidate

Min 2 years Experience in Medical Devices / Healthcare Marketing / Hospital capital equipment sales

Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills

Highly motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel when required

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

 Remuneration & Benefits

Attractive Salary Package: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

Sales Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Travel Allowances: As per company policy
