As a Junior Sales & Marketing Associate, you will support campaigns, build customer relationships, and represent brands through face-to-face marketing in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Customer & Client Engagement

Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions to enhance customer satisfaction
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve campaign performance and customer experience
Identify customer needs and deliver excellent service to meet those needs

Sales Support

Assist in acquiring new customers and generating leads to support sales growth
Support campaign planning, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets

Campaign Execution

Represent brands at events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility
Execute marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness and customer engagement
Propose ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and improve customer interactions
