Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing & Sales Executive based in Rajkot. The role involves engaging with potential clients to promote the company's solar energy solutions, creating tailored proposals, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and identify market opportunities is expected.

Qualifications

  • Sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Marketing, market research, and strategy development experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of or interest in renewable energy, particularly PV solar systems, is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the energy or solar industry is beneficial
