Marketing Quality Control Coordinator

Hiring: Marketing Quality Control Coordinator | Chennai

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Quality Control Coordinator to review and validate marketing & campaign assets before launch.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Review campaign assets, promotional copy, imagery, URLs & legal disclaimers

• Perform quality checks across emails, banners, landing pages & social media assets

• Identify errors and coordinate corrections with Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce & Merchandising teams

• Validate final assets and campaign/landing page links

• Manage multiple campaigns and ensure timely QC approvals

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing QC/QA, Proofreading, Content Editing or Digital Production

• Strong attention to detail

• Experience reviewing customer-facing digital assets

• Familiarity with Asana, PageProof or similar tools

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
