Job Title: Project Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly proactive Project Manager to drive execution across all marketing initiatives. This role will act as the central owner for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects end-to-end including website, campaigns, social media, and asset pipelines. This is an execution-first role requiring someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, align teams, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
1. Take complete ownership of marketing projects from ideation to execution and final delivery
2. Manage website roadmap, updates, and iterations, ensure UX, content, and timelines are aligned before launch
3. Act as the central point of contact for all marketing-related initiatives
4. Represent the marketing team with excellent communication and strong screen presence across stakeholder interactions, presentations, and internal/external discussions
5. Manage and track multiple ongoing initiatives such as campaigns, social media deliverables, and asset creation
6. Collaborate closely with content and design teams to refine messaging, structure, and overall output quality
7. Ensure all marketing deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards before release
8. Identify bottlenecks proactively and resolve them with a solution- oriented approach
9. Maintain structured documentation and reporting for all ongoing work
Education
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2. 2-4 years of experience in project management, integrated marketing, or product management
3. Experience working in cross-functional environments; agency experience is a plus
4. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
