About the role:

  • As a Marketing Project Manager, your primary goal will be to drive execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery of projects that build pipeline and brand presence.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across channels (email, social, events, webinars, paid).
  • Own project plans, timelines, and deliverables for marketing initiatives - ensuring stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with demand generation, product marketing, and design teams to deliver high-quality assets and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales and SDR teams to ensure campaign handoffs and lead flows are seamless.
  • Track, measure, and report performance metrics of campaigns and projects to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers where needed.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Continuously refine processes, templates, and workflows to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • 23 years of experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or tech startups, with hands-on exposure to campaign/project execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written (briefs, reports, emails) and verbal (cross-team coordination, vendor management).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar).
  • A process-driven mindset with high attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
