  • As an Industry Marketing Project Manager (MPM), you play a key role working with the extended Industry Marketing team to help drive large industry projects and events.
  • Create and manage a central project plan for the integrated marketing plan and work with the team collaboratively by communicating and maintaining timelines, setting priorities, and executing plans.
  • Manage the content planning process, coordinating between the Industry Marketing leads, content and creative teams.This includes management of the editorial calendar and assets required to execute the content plan.
  • Provide strong project management of the offshore team that produces content of marketing and sales materials visual identities, brochures, POVs, case studies, sales decks, battle cards, video scripts, infographics, demos etc), including PR, internal and external communication. You will need to work with multiple team members within the Industry Marketing team to deliver these services.
  • Review all content to ensure that it meets quality and brand standards and is aligned with core industry messaging.
  • Work directly with the Industry Marketing Leader and the team to drive the planning and execution of events. Take complete ownership of all aspects of event management and ensure that we aim to meet the objectives of the plan established.

Primary Skills

  • Lead the Project Planning including:
  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with industry marketing lead(s)
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
  • Determine the resources (time, budget, resources, etc.) required to complete the project.
  • Collaborate with teams across the marketing organization to ensure project deliverables are on-time and deadlines are met.

Secondary Skills

  • Work with the channel analytics teams in gathering the analytics for each project. Must leverage the tools to quantify all results and identify areas of improvement.
  • Must ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery of all marketing deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are executed according to strategy/plan, monitor progress, and identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks.
  • Manage project risks, anticipate potential obstacles, and provide proactive solutions to ensure project success.
