Job Description

Who We Are

GrowthAssistant connects top marketing and operations talent with fast-growing companies that depend on great execution to scale. Founded in 2021 and named by Forbes as one of the best startups to work at, we're a permanently remote team that runs on integrity, proactive candor, and a bias toward action — and we prioritize the human experience in everything we do. We hire for skill and for heart, and we invest in our people for the long haul.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Marketing Project Management Specialist to support the post-sale execution of integrated marketing campaigns at a fast-growing media and creator economy platform — managing project boards, timelines, deliverables trackers, kickoff materials, and stakeholder follow-up across digital, influencer, branded content, and community activations running concurrently. You'll be the operational thread connecting internal creative, editorial, design, community, and influencer teams — keeping campaigns on track, flagging blockers early, organizing performance data into standardized recaps, and gradually taking on appropriate client and vendor communication as confidence grows. This role is built for someone who is highly organized, proactively owns their workstreams without waiting to be assigned every task, and can absorb process documentation quickly to execute repeatable workflows with decreasing supervision.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Campaign Project Management: Build and maintain campaign project boards in Asana using established templates — keeping tasks, owners, deadlines, and dependencies accurate across multiple concurrent campaigns spanning digital, influencer, branded content, community, and experiential activations.
  • Campaign Kickoff & Documentation: Set up internal documents and trackers required to launch each campaign — including notes documents, deliverables trackers, timelines, and kickoff materials; attend internal and external kickoff calls, capture detailed notes, and clearly communicate action items, owners, and next steps.
  • Timeline Monitoring & Stakeholder Follow-Up: Monitor campaign timelines, follow up proactively with cross-functional stakeholders, and flag missing inputs, potential delays, or blockers before they impact delivery; coordinate campaign deliverables across internal creative, editorial, design, community, influencer, and activation teams.
  • Performance Reporting & Recap Support: Pull campaign performance metrics from established sources and organize them within standardized reports; update recap decks using existing templates, highlighting key results, performance data, and relevant takeaways provided by the team.
  • Communication & Process Maintenance: Support internal stakeholder communication and gradually assume appropriate external client or vendor communication as familiarity increases; maintain campaign documentation and adapt existing workflows as the team updates its processes to support continued growth.

What You Bring

  • Marketing Campaign Experience: 2+ years of experience supporting marketing campaigns — preferably within a media company, digital marketing agency, publisher, or similarly fast-paced environment — with hands-on project management experience across integrated, digital, influencer, branded content, or advertising campaigns.
  • Project Management Tool Proficiency: Experience using Asana or a comparable project management platform such as ClickUp, Monday.com, or Notion — with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder dependencies without losing detail.
  • Documentation & Reporting Skills: Experience creating and maintaining campaign trackers, project plans, meeting notes, status updates, reports, and presentation decks; comfort locating, organizing, and summarizing campaign performance data for recap materials.
  • Communication & Follow-Through: Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to document next steps, follow up confidently with cross-functional stakeholders, and participate credibly in internal and external meetings.
  • Learning Agility & Availability: Ability to absorb new processes, tools, and stakeholder expectations quickly and execute repeatable workflows with decreasing supervision; available to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET.

Bonus Points if:

  • You have direct Asana experience building projects from templates, assigning tasks, tracking dependencies, and maintaining campaign workflows.
  • You have experience supporting post-sale advertising or integrated marketing activations from kickoff through reporting and recap.
  • You have familiarity with influencer, UGC, community, or branded-content campaign workflows.
  • You have experience producing polished client-facing recap decks using existing templates.
  • You have experience using AI-enabled productivity tools such as Google Gemini or meeting documentation tools such as Granola.
  • You have experience working within a growing small or midsize company where processes and documentation evolve over time.
