Job Description

Duties: Position Summary We are looking for exceptional individuals who are passionate about customer success and maximizing customer adoption rate coupled with sharp analytical and strong marketing program management skills. The Marketing Program Specialist/Manager - Will focus on conceptualizing and operationalizing innovative marketing programs to engage with customers at each stage of the customer lifecycle. The individual will drive customer adoption, solution usage, loyalty and retention, ultimately maximizing renewal/repeat business for Adobe. Responsibilities Collaborate and plan with Adobe global business leads to define the quarterly and annual go-to-market strategies and annual program calendar Define and implement high customer marketing programs to drive customer adoption, solution usage, loyalty and retention Deliver analytical, creative leadership and program workflow to kick off customer programs and initiatives Focus on developing processes and project plans for flawless execution of marketing programs. Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams (creative and MarTech), to execute integrated marketing campaigns Champion a given customer segment and their experiences in using Adobe products Work with communicate team to build program assets describing the value proposition and use cases Provide the highest level of expertise on multi-channel content creation, creative development, interactive media, MarTech, and adept in omnichannel campaign management Requirements MBA, Bachelor in technology will be preferred 4-6 years of experience with mandatory solid 3-4 years of experience in technology solution marketing program management Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Project management certifications preferred Analytical blend of mind with hands on experience working MS office suite (esp. advanced Excel capabilities) additional knowledge of analytics tools is must Ability to translate customer insights into high impact personalized program - defining campaign, activity work flows Understanding of subscription based software/SaaS/Cloud solutions. Experience with companies providing SaaS/Cloud based solutions desired but not mandatory Understanding of and experience in digital/online marketing Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
