Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to lead and elevate our marketing team. In this role, you will drive strategy, mentor a high-performance team, and champion AI-driven marketing approaches that multiply results. You will be the bridge between our clients and our delivery teams, bringing structure, credibility, and a bias for solving hard problems. Responsibilities

  • Client Strategy - take client inputs from account managers and design strategies to meet their goals.
  • Program Design & Execution - Plan and execute multichannel campaigns, optimize spend and leverage technologies to deliver best-in-class marketing execution.
  • Technology & Automation - Expert-level use of AI & other tools to speed delivery while improving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration - Work with technical, creative and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Project Management & Optimization - Oversee entire lifecycle of marketing projects from initial setup and execution to meticulous tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Performance Analysis - Create and maintain reporting systems, collection of data and deep analysis leading to improved efficiency and results.
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional digital marketing team, setting clear goals, workflows, and accountability structures
  • Own end-to-end campaign performance across channels - diagnosing problems, identifying opportunities, and driving measurable outcomes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US and EU clients - communicating strategy, performance, and recommendations with confidence and clarity
  • Translate data into decisions - use analytics platforms to monitor KPIs, present findings, and pivot strategy with speed and precision
  • Build scalable processes that enable the team to move fast, stay aligned, and deliver consistently across accounts
  • Stay ahead of the curve - proactively research emerging tools, platforms, and methodologies to keep the agency competitive

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or senior role
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability - a track record of diagnosing ambiguous challenges and engineering clear solutions
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools in a marketing context (e.g., AI-assisted content, predictive analytics, automated campaign management)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and international clients across US and EU time zones
  • Strong analytical mindset - ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make evidence-based recommendations
  • Ownership mentality - someone who treats every brief as their own and drives outcomes without being told twice
  • Proven credibility with clients and teams - builds trust quickly, communicates with transparency, and delivers on commitments
  • Highly structured, proactive, and organised work style - able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • A genuine thirst for continuous learning - curious about what's next and comfortable in fast-changing environments

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of tools like CRM, Hubspot, MailChimp, Google Adwords, Meta Advertising, Databases (SQL etc)
  • Knowledge of Python is nice to have.
  • Deep understanding of team dynamics and collaborative approach to work.
  • Understanding of the digital ecosystem.
  • Creative, motivated and open to learning.
