About The Role

We are seeking an organised and execution-focused Manager - Sales & Marketing to take complete ownership of marketing activities across our property projects. This role encompasses physical branding, supplier management, event execution, and operational oversight of sales facilities. Experience in the real estate sector is highly advantageous. Candidates available for immediate joining are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations

  • Oversee and manage execution of all marketing campaigns supporting property sales targets and brand development
  • Plan and coordinate output across digital, print, and collateral channels
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively whilst ensuring maximum ROI

Physical Branding & Outdoor Advertising

  • Manage end-to-end execution of outdoor advertisements for property launches and ongoing projects
  • Oversee fabrication, placement, and maintenance of hoardings, site signage, construction wrapping, and directional signage
  • Serve as primary contact for advertising and marketing suppliers, managing internal documentation (SOs/POs) for all expenditures
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality installation and execution

Events & Activations

  • Conceptualise, plan, and execute project launches, site opening ceremonies, channel partner meets, and roadshows
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, and on-site coordination to drive lead generation

Facility Management

  • Ensure operational efficiency and presentation standards across all sales offices, experience centres, and corporate marketing facilities
  • Oversee facility management to maintain consistent branding, display models, and presentation materials

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in comprehensive marketing roles with strong project management and multi-channel execution skills
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or facility management sectors is a significant advantage
  • Demonstrated expertise in physical branding, outdoor advertisement management, and event execution
  • Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication abilities for effective supplier and stakeholder management
  • Capability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet strict deadlines

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to 40,000 per month (negotiable up to 45,000 for highly skilled candidates)
