Associate Professor / Professor in the area of Marketing. Educational Qualifications And Experience
Associate Professor (Marketing)
- Ph.D. in Marketing or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 2 years post-Ph.D. experience.
- A minimum of 5 research publications in refereed journals listed in UGC-CARE / Scopus / ABDC as per UGC/AICTE norms.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing domains such as Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behaviour, Branding, or Strategic Marketing.
- Proven ability in guiding research students/projects, engaging in consultancy, or conducting corporate training.
- Adequate exposure to new-age teaching methods including case-based pedagogy, simulations, and technology-driven instruction.
Professor
- Ph.D. in a relevant field with consistently good academic records.
- A minimum of 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent.
- A minimum of 10 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-CARE listed journals, with significant contributions to the field.
- Proven track record of mentoring doctoral candidates, leadership in academic administration, and contributions to curriculum design and academic planning.
- Evidence of securing research grants, conducting executive education, or leading consultancy assignments will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction at the postgraduate level (PGDM).
- Supervise and guide student projects, research dissertations, and industry internships.
- Engage in scholarly research and publish in reputed journals.
- Design and revise curriculum in alignment with industry needs and academic advancements.
- Participate in academic administration, committee work, and institutional development.
- Establish industry linkages and actively participate in outreach, training, and consulting initiatives.
