Job Description

  • Grow brand awareness for Blue Star EE among the key solution portfolio across Industrial Testing Measurement
  • Establish Blue Star EE as a Solution Provider in existing new business lines
  • Establish a marketing calendar for brand awareness and enquiry generation initiatives and manage budgets and deliver on marketing objectives
  • Manage Digital, Social, Media PR agencies, content writers, event agencies to conceptualize execute the initiatives
  • Manage inside sales team and ensure efficiency of the same
  • Conduct periodic brand awareness research to ensure marketing objectives are achieved
  • Monitor enquiry generation through various digital campaigns through website, google key words, LinkedIn, B2B platforms, etc. and work with CRM team for handover of enquiries and take feedback on sales conversion to optimize media spending

  • Experience in B2B marketing for industrial products
  • Created and managed digital, BTL, and content marketing plans within set budgets
  • Organized sponsored events at the national and local levels
  • Managed vendors and agencies for websites, SEO, events etc.
  • Handled content marketing like newsletters, emailers, and blogs, and tracked their performance
  • Designed simple creatives, e-mailers, and brochures
  • Ran digital marketing campaigns to generate new business enquiries
