Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore for a Marketing & Public Relations Officer. The role involves managing day-to-day marketing activities, developing effective marketing strategies, conducting market research, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include promoting the organization's programs, maintaining public relations, supporting fundraising initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, and effectively communicating the vision and mission of the organization. The candidate will also contribute to community outreach efforts to create awareness about the organization's services.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders
- Experience in conducting Market Research and crafting Marketing Strategies that align with organizational goals
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing techniques, with a results-driven approach
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Passion for working with neurodiverse communities and knowledge of autism-focused programs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is highly desirable
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a diverse team
