Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to promote hospital services in local communities, residential societies, schools, and corporate offices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and referral partners.
Organize and support eye check-up camps, awareness programs, and health talks.
Coordinate with schools, RWAs, corporates, and community groups for outreach activities.
Collect leads, patient inquiries, and referrals from on-field activities and ensure follow-up.
Distribute promotional materials (brochures, leaflets, banners) effectively in target areas.
Track daily field activities and prepare reports for management review.
Support brand visibility through local tie-ups, sponsorships, and community engagement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field (preferred).
13 years of experience in on-field/hospital/healthcare marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel locally and build networks.
Self-motivated with good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of Noida and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
