Marketing Performance And Analytics Specialist

Role Description The Digital Marketing Performance and Analytics Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels, with a focus on driving enrolments and brand awareness for iProledge's programs. The specialist will monitor and analyze web and campaign performance data, generate insights, and create regular reports to support data-driven decision making. Daily tasks include managing social media and online marketing activities, tracking key metrics and KPIs, conducting A/B tests, and recommending improvements to targeting, creatives, and landing pages. Collaboration with academic, content, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals is also a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, with experience running and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Candidates should possess solid Social Media Marketing skills to manage and grow brand presence and engagement across major platforms.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to track performance and generate insights.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present data-driven recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field are beneficial.
• Additional beneficial skills include experience with marketing automation tools, basic understanding of SEO/SEM, familiarity with A/B testing, and strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in ed-tech or education services is an advantage but not mandatory.
