Hybrid Internship (Remote/In-Person)
We're hiring 20 Marketing & Outreach Interns who want hands-on experience in marketing, business development, partnerships, and community growth.
This is a structured 8-week internship where students will tackle real business challenges, outreach campaigns, and growth initiatives while working closely with the team at Masters Union.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Over the course of 8 weeks, you'll:
- Support outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Assist in building and managing partnerships and collaborations
- Learn CRM management and pipeline tracking
- Contribute to community engagement and activation initiatives
- Participate in market research and growth projects
- Work on business development and marketing initiatives
- Present your learnings, outcomes, and recommendations at the end of your internship

Shortlisted candidates will complete a brief case-study exercise designed solely for evaluation purposes.
Stage 4: Final Interview
Selected candidates will be invited for a final interaction with the team.
